Ever Consider Fasting and Prayer?

Ps 34:3 says,

   “Proclaim with me the LORD’s greatness!  Let us exalt His name—together!”

Have you ever considered fasting? 

Throughout history people have set aside days and seasons to seek God through prayer… with fasting.   Why not at least think about it during these unusal days?
