Sunday— Church, Class of 2010 and Travel Day

After the morning services, KK and I are heading downstairs to the Dining Room to hug on the graduating Seniors.  We always look forward to this special time with the students and their families (it’s also fun to watch them interact with the Bible Fellowship teaches and our Student Ministry Staff).

Then, we’re off to the airport in Charlotte.  Our daughter Carmen is dropping us off at the door and we have to hustle.  Our flight leaves at 4:00 pm and we fly overnight to Germany.    The direct flight from Charlotte to Frankfurt really makes the trip easy.

We are leaving a couple of days before the rest of the team so that we can spend about 50 hours in Germany.  KK’s never been to Germany and I’m looking forward to this 2-day stopover on the way to Moldova.
