Actually, Paul spoke proudly of the church in Thessalonica.  They endured persecution and still gave generously wanting the Word of God to go forth!

I am really proud of you Calvary!  You have demonstrated your heart to see the Word of God go forth!  (you haven’t really been persecuted, but that’s a different subject 🙂   )

Last night, you packed the place and encouraged the Missionaries and their families.  The IMB staff and Missionaries all thanked me for your support.  SO, I want you to know that I don’t get the credit—you do!  Actually, we all know God gets the credit as He works in and through you!

SO, today, I must tell you that I am proud of you and how you are letting God work in and your through your lives, your homes and our Faith Family….called Calvary!
