God is at work in our lives and in the Calvary Family. Daily I am hearing testimonies from members of our Faith Family who are responding to His Word and seeing His hand at work. I am expecting that today will be another adventure of seeing His hand, watching Him work, and hearing stories of His faithfulness.
Our South Asia Training conference will continue through noon Wednesday. We have about 40 people registered and it is exciting to consider the potential for reaching the Unengaged, Unreached People Groups of South Asia.
I have a doctor’s appointment this afternoon to make sure I have everything in order for our trip next week. Shots, preventative meds, and emergency meds….you know, the fun stuff ! We are blessed to have medical workers in our church who have a burden for reaching the world with the Gospel. Not every one has the privilege of praying with their doctor before making a trip like this.
Pray for KK as she works through a lot of details and prepares to go with me. Her plans have been “off” and “on again” quite a few times. But, as of this moment, it looks like she will be able to go with me next week…and I know she will be a blessing to the workers who live there (not to mention how her presence will bless me!).
Tonight we will be hosting a “Dinner with the Pastor” at Calvary. We will meet families who are new to Calvary and share our vision and direction. It will be a great time as people sit around tables and share their stories.
