God, thank You for redeeming us through the work of Jesus.
When the time came to completion, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.(Gal. 4:4-5)
Father, I could never pay the debt of my sin. My sin became clear when I looked at Your law. Your perfect character is revealed in the law—and my absolute sinfulness is revealed by the law. The law demanded a sacrifice for sin that I could not provide.
Helpless and condemned, I stood in need of a Savior. And You sent Jesus to do for me what I could never do for myself.
I worship You Lord Jesus as the perfect sacrifice for my sin. Now, my debt is paid and I am set free to know You and be called Your child.
I recognize that I am not my own but I have been bought with a price.
